The website isn’t working so I downloaded this app after talking to a rep. After it installed I got a screen that said the app is no longer supported and to use the website. The one that isn’t working for my virtual visit appointment. Why is this app even available to download if it doesn’t work anymore??

I scheduled three calls in a row and couldn’t be seen by a doctor because this software simply does not work. Each time the technicians took so long to help me that the doctors just left the chat. United Healthcare Group needs to move on from this technology immediately to one that works. No one who is sick should go without care because the software provider is running buggy products.
