WARNING: You’ll fall in love with running!

I love this app. I have been a never runner in all my 52 years. I often thought I wanted to try it, but struggled with shin splints and knowing what to do and when and how. This app is amazing. The step-by-step process works! And you’ll not only get a beginning runner program, but also one for running a 5k, 10k and half marathon. And the group of people who are N2R’ers are incredible - supportive, encouraging, welcoming.

Amazing program. Got me running for the first time in 50 years without passing out. I hated running in school gym classes. Now I don’t. I also appreciate the other people who have done the program & post their highs & lows, support & encouragement

Excelente app.

I had never liked to run, so when I joined this app I didn’t expect much of myself. Now that I’m in it and on my 3rd week of running 3 times a week or more, I feel like it’s been a great fit for me. Just on the app. customer service alone it has been a major game changer for me. You get the structure you need, the motivation you need and the push to keep going with each run you complete. There’s a sense of accountability too. The developers have made this app. to accommodate us who want to go from None 2 Run w/o pressure or stress just smooth runs. Great app if you’re willing to push yourself

This is a great app if you’re willing to push yourself and actually learn how to run. It has completely changed my life. Never did I think I’d be jogging 2 miles a day but here I am.
