Fails a lot
I contacted support and got a response, but have not heard back since. I tried all they suggested, and none of it works so far. I am the only one in my family having the issue, which is strange. Please contact me so we can get this fixed. My whole family has used it since it was called morning, and it has been great, until very recent when it has started failing and not waking me up.

It used to be great. However now it won’t let you even set an alarm without having Spotify premium even if you have a subscription with this app. Before that used to not be a problem and you can just wake up with one of the songs that was already on the app. I just really love the count down feature after setting an alarm that this app offered, that way when I wake up in the middle of the night I can decide if it’s worth it to get more sleep or not.

I've been using this app so long I'm considered a "Lifelong subscriber". Been here from practically the beginning of this app and have rolled with the new updates but this most recent one has disabled the alarm every. Single. Time. So far. Idk what's going on but an error message come up as the cause. Very disappointing.

Got it years back and loved it. Now that they’ve kept updating it(for whatever reason) I’ve been liking it less and less. I miss the days where I could set a playlist from Spotify, set my alarm, and lock the phone.

Lot’s of complaints from the most recent updates this year, but their customer service is fantastic and they have been working hard to make sure the customers like me who have been using the app since it was called “Morning” are happy. Apparently because of some legal issues they had to change the focus of the app and at the time I was very unhappy with the changes. I immediately reached out with my complaints. They responded pretty quickly to my concerns and promised that they were working to fix them. They certainly delivered on their promise - I now use this app every night again and I’m quite happy with it

I purchased this app years ago to use Spotify songs as my alarm. They have changed it since then and I can’t figure out how use it for why I originally bought it.

The app is mostly fine. I got the app originally when I was traveling and didn’t want to wake up the whole room in the morning. I’ve been using the app for a while, like many of the people that quit because of the update. I only have a few thoughts: 1) I’d like it to be a built in feature that I can listen to whatever Spotify music I want, especially since I have to be playing something all night or until the volume fades out anyway. 2) Spotify disconnects pretty easily. Not ever sure why, but at least the backup alarm works. Wait. Minor problem. I can’t choose the backup alarm (as far as I know) and the default one is so quiet that I almost always sleep through it if I am even slightly tired. The other sounds offered are fine. Maybe it could be an option in settings to choose your backup alarm sound (and volume level). 3) Since the app has to be open on the screen with the phone unlocked (again, as far as I know), can there be a mode where the screen is way less bright? The light from my screen is brighter than any night light I’ve seen, and I imagine a dimmer screen would also be better for the battery. I’ve used other similar alarm apps before, and they all have a feature where you can either tap on the alarm screen to make the screen almost completely black (and tap again to restore appearance if you want to change something), or swipe down to see a black screen and barely visible clock (and swipe up to restore appearance if you want to change something). I have other options for alarm apps I’ve used before and I’m sure I could find another app that suits my needs if I had to. I feel like these are relatively simple changes (compared to asking for an app rework), and they’re all I’d need to stick with this app for a while longer.
