Part of my daily routine

Most Effective Mental Health App yet

I have tried many journaling and mental health apps and I end up dropping them & not getting much out of them, but I am absolutely loving Stoic. It really gives me the opportunity to use it as I need it each day & leaves me feeling that I did something to take care of myself & validate my feelings.

Failed journaling for years but this made me stick to it.

I’m 380 days in now and this has been the first journalling app I have been able to stick to. I’m able to customize how I want to Journal to fit my current goals and space in life. It has made a great positive impact on my mental health and I 100% recommend to anyone. Stoic team keep up the great work and thank you for making the app.
