App doesn’t work
I can’t get signed in to be able to adjust my sound settings because every time I try, the app crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled, made sure my phone has more than enough room available to run the app, etc. I don’t need games in the app, but I don’t think it’s asking too much for the app to be functional so I can control my hearing devices.
OliveMax: App won’t connect with iPhone
It’s very frustrating that the app won’t sync with my iPhone. I’ve rebooted the system and also reloaded the app, but no success. Let’s see how responsive the tech support to my issue. This issue seems to be a recurring problem with many owners of this product.
App updates every time I log in
Update about a week ago, seems to be bad. It updates and shows the new version. Then next time I log in it tells me I need to update again. This has happened every day. Also it show one of ears is not working but I can tell it is. Please fix the update process and be sure it is working. Using iPhone 14 max with current version of IOS.

Olive app
The app had been working perfectly since I received my Olives, today was different. I could not get the app to work on my iPhone or iPad. I deleted app three times on each of them and still could not get it to work. Every time I connected olives to Bluetooth and then added app to Bluetooth I got the log in screen, I entered my details and then app just sat at first screen not doing anything, when I looked back at Bluetooth settings the app was not connected, if I connected it again the app went back to log in screen and I went through the same thing, just the first screen. I’m disappointed that this is happening because it worked very well before.

The best part is the price. And it has the potential to be a decent, not outstanding, Hearing Aid. The worst part is the app connecting is just short of a nightmare in 2023. This should have all been worked out.
App logs out
App logs out constantly after giving a notification of a log file. Kinda weird it does this. Tried deleting and reinstalling several times. Used to be good.
