The Motivation Alliance web portal is used by some of the world's most popular health promotion programs. The Motivation Alliance app brings the portal to your iPhone while automatically syncing your Apple Health data with your portal account. Workouts, steps, diet, hydration and biometric measures such as weight are all shared if you give permission! Please note that you must have an account on a Motivation Alliance portal through your company, hospital or other organization (such as the U.S. Government and U.S. Air Force) before you can sign in using the Alliance app.
Could have been great
This was offered through my workplace and it could have been great. However between the random crashes and inability to sync with apple health it seems there is little benefit to continue trying to use this. Also you may want to update your tutorials section in the app. Since the ability to connect to apple health was removed, that option probably shouldn’t be listed in the how-tos.

Constantly crashes as soon as I open it. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Nothing works. If I could give negative stars I would. Fix your app.

Over the last week the app has become unusable. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works. As soon as I open the app it immediately crashes. Nothing I do fixes it. Update. I used to live this app but it simply will not work anymore. Constant closing of app. Uninstalled and reinstalled and nothings changed.

This app used to be great. Open it in the morning, it’d sync all my health data from the previous day, repeat. But a few weeks ago there was an update and we had to reconnect our connected devices, so I reconnected my Apple Watch and since then the app has synced nothing. Apple Watch shows as connected in the connections page, but no data transfers over, and now I have to enter everything manually Two stars for removing core functionality that previously worked seamlessly

I would really like to use this app with my employer program but after installing, deleting, reinstalling, shutting down my phone and restarting and resetting my password multiple times the app does not work. I either get stuck at the login page or it lets me login and then immediately closes as soon as the app opens.
United StatesError message should be clearer for incorrect ID
I would really love to use this system for fitness offered through my workplace, but I have to change my password every single time I log into the app OR the website. It turns out the reason for this is because I have been trying to log in with my email address, when I should be trying with a user ID that I set up when creating the account. I feel pretty dumb - but the error message isn’t clear about what the problem is. I’ll bet that’s the issue plaguing the several other people who have reported password issues.

Can’t review the app, because it keeps crashing. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded it 3 times and it has the same problem every time. Rebooted my phone. No help. I get as far as logging in and it starts to pull up my dashboard, I see it for a split second and then the app closes down. Please fix!
