THE TECHNIQUE:
Mastry uses the power of breathwork - a conscious-connected pattern with your inhales done through your nose, and your exhale through your mouth.

TAKE ACTION:
At Mastry we believe taking intuitive action is the catalyst to self discovery and personal growth. Each session is designed with the intent to evoke action item(s) for which you can take to change your life. 

At the end of each session you’ll be prompted to add in an action item, this action item will be logged into your action journal, as you complete your actions you can check them off in your journal to see firsthand the progress you’ve made. We have a badge that tracks that amount of action you’ve taken.
