Easy Peasey
Just started the FODMAP plan and was going crazy with the paper version. This list on my phone is making this transition a breeze !!!
Excellent app!
Thank you for making low fodmap so much easier to decipher. It’s a huge learning curve but this app helps tremendously!!!
Well thought out, useful APP
Alphabetic list of foods color coded to distinguish problem foods from easy to digest foods. Also informs the reader of which of the 4 different problem sugars are present. Also suggests maximum quantities. Handy to use while food shopping. Excellent guide - everybody is different.
Fodmap diet
Wonderful to have this information at hand
Invaluable
I couldn’t grocery shop without it.
Easy to use
This app is extremely simple and easy to use, which I love. I am holding back one star just because it doesn’t have the option to choose the letter of the alphabet you would like to jump to. And since some foods are not included in this app. I need to Google them separately. Hopefully it will be updated soon.
Added baking power, cola, gluten free pasta and gluten free gnocchi. Thanks to everyone who has sent in food list feedback, please keep it coming to [email protected]!
