Doesn’t work on smaller iPhones
The app is formatted for larger screens. In fact, you can’t even log into the app because the login button is on the bottom below the screen with no way to scroll. This is on a brand new iPhone SE which is still produced and sold by Apple.

Another reviewer wrote “good, but a little buggy” - kind words. The application is always buggy, slow to load, is inconsistent in what is viewable, FAX DOES NOT REACH recipient. Fax document has an entire cover page completely filled with solid green - that 8.5 x 11 inches of waste. Time consuming planet killing waste. The blood test itself is fine. The tips are for complete newbies to being healthy, but that’s fine. I wish it was more tailored as promised. Whatever. Spendy.

This app is super informative, and has quite a bit of information about your test. However, once you’ve read through it and you want to use it on a daily basis, it’s cumbersome and somewhat difficult to navigate. I would like it much more clear path on what I need to do to improve upon my results. Most of this information is buried inside the results, as an example, it recommends supplements you have to find your way around to find the supplement, and then the amount in which to take. overall it’s a good app. Just a little clumsy. One other wish is that it would sync with my WHOOP data.

Overall it’s a great app but it freezes up constantly. If you’re trying to go through your test results every 60 seconds or LESS the app freezes and you have to just close it and start all over. It’s terrible user experience. Plus the concept is still very basic. There is so much more you could do. But you can’t evolve if you can’t go more than a minute without the app freezing. Great potential.
