When I click on the app what appears to be a video comes on but it won’t let me play it can you all help with this

I created an account/registered. The app then displayed a “play” icon as if there was a video to watch, but nothing would happen. I couldn’t press play or swipe to a different screen; the screen was frozen. I was connected to WiFi and tried force-closing and reopening the app a few times. It won’t work.

I used to use this app years ago. I re-downloaded it and I can’t log in. I’ve tried to reset my password on the app and it glitches and says that an account is already associated with my email. I’ve also reset my email and password on both the HeartMath.com and .org sites. Still won’t let me log in. There is no email contact for tech support. I’m bummed, really wanted to get back into this. I used to enjoy it.

It’s a good idea what they offer but you don’t need to buy anything or spend any money on this stuff to send kindness and love to the world. I like the idea behind everyone working together but I don’t like being expected to pay for it. Everything this app offers can be done for free.

I was excited they had a camera finger tracker because no way I was gonna buy that expensive device they try to sell. I can send love to the world for free without this app. But I just opened it to try it out and was given a survey. They wanted to know how much I’d be willing to pay to use the camera finger tracker. You don’t need this to change the world. You just need heart and brain coherence which you can do for free. Don’t spend anything on their nonsense that’s not even scientifically proven to work. You have everything you need inside of yourself. The universe would never ask you to pay to send love. Run from this company and never look back.
