Life Changing
Ellen’s program is life changing. I am halfway through the 12 week metabolic reset and feel so strong and so happy with myself. The workouts are quick and extremely effective. I would recommend her programs to anyone looking for a sustainable way to better health.
An Incredible Program!
I am currently completing the 12 week program with Ellen. The app is really user friendly and perfect for on the go workouts! So far, I have travelled twice while on the program, and the app has helped me be confident I can get an effective workout in anywhere. It also includes delicious recipes and other fitness resources. I am so thankful for Fit in Twenty!

Signing up for this program has been one of my best decisions. I desperately needed help committing to workouts and this program helped with that. I’m halfway through Ellen’s 12 week program and WOW. I’ve already made so much progress, and not just physical progress. I have successfully weaned myself off of anxiety medication I thought I was going to be on the rest of my life. I feel myself wanting to make better decisions for my physical and mental health. Ellen is an amazing coach - she’s so knowledgeable and empathetic. She’s there to pick me up when I’m down and the group of women all doing the program at the same time is a blessing. It’s the most important, I think, because changing your habits comes down to your culture. So to be in a culture where we have a common goal and the norm is to do the work to achieve that goal - it’s beautiful. Thank you, Ellen for this program. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.

I have been loving this app- it has been such a game changer for me. The workouts are 30 min or less, don’t require much equipment or space, and are so effective! I am also working with Ellen one on one through one of her programs, and it has been wonderful! She is so knowledgeable, personable, and has made this experience so much better— I definitely don’t like to work out, but this has helped me so much, and I am feeling stronger & seeing results quickly! The best!!
Best app and programs!
So user friendly, the workouts are great for any level and you can listen to music while still using the FIT app! I’ve lost 5 pounds so far using these workouts and recipes and it’s been life changing for me! Highly recommend
Game changer!!
I struggled with understanding health and fitness and why I wasn’t losing weight but working out daily. I spent time reading, googling, trying to understand everything on my own and it was very overwhelming. Ellen makes this program in a way that is SO easy to break down the information and really helps you learn about health and fitness. I would highly recommend if you want to make a lifestyle change for yourself and simply want to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle. Then workouts are fun and make you feel so accomplished after and the group of girls you get to partner with and Ellen are just a bonus!
