I signed up in Sept. 2019 and it was the best decision I made. I’ve had personal trainers in the past and this format I have to admit is just as good and the fraction of the cost of a personal trainer. Trainers cost $130 a session, but EQX One (Future) costs $149 for the month! My trainer, Jacob, is awesome and has me working out 5 days a week. He also incorporates my Equinox classes into the weekly workouts. If I am travelling he will call the hotel to see what workout equipment they have and will adjust as necessary. This app has kept me active even though the COVID lockdowns. I am so glad that I found this app. I have lost a lot of weight, i have lost 10 pounds and have gotten a lot stronger. As a result of my working out, I have been able to reduce my A1C to pre-diabetes levels.

I love the Equinox products and offerings, and I am enjoying EQX One very much, but I am having significant battery issues with this app. During my workout, it drains from ~95% to ~5%. This is over the span of 60 minutes. Additionally, when clicking the “App Support” link it takes me to the EQX homepage on the web, where I do not see a support option. As much as I love the service, I do not know how much I can continue, especially when I am paying a significant amount for this service. No instant support?

The app pauses when I have to check my text message sometimes or the phone rings they should be an option And the app doesn’t always beep when it’s time to start the next exercise And the watch doesn’t stay in the workout

I Was so lost in the club before using this. My trainer is great and extremely responsive. Hitting new PRs and don’t have to stress about what to do anymore!
