Really helpful
Great app
Missing content
Some units have placeholder content. For example: When i click on some of the question marks next to the targets (feelings, behaviours) in the diary card, it just repeats itself. Clicking on the info icon for anger just shows “anger”. Information on what anger’s body sensations are, its action urges would be helpful.
Finally
This app is such a help in conjunction with my regular therapy sessions.
Tools for improvement
This app is wonderful because it offers an array of tools (that actually work) to users.
Bad UX and developer abandoned
Don’t waste your time with this app. It should actually be pulled because the developer hasn’t pushed out any updates in a year - they aren’t responding to reviews, not updating, just taking money, logging you out, lacking content, and deleting your journal entries. Bugs. Poor design. Spelling errors, grammatical errors, massive UX flaws. Awful awful UX on the diary - I keep abandoning the app over the past three years because I’ll type out this long diary entry then can’t access the stupid button to save because the developer can’t follow basic best practices for app design. For example, the button to save a diary entry is completely concealed by your keyboard, so you have no access to it while you are in your journal. Heck, you may not have even noticed that there was a button in the first place unless you accidentally click off and it magically appears, which is only maybe 20% of the time. Nobody is going to sit there and inspect a page to see where buttons are before I start filling out a form, ESPECIALLY WHEN IN DISTRESS!!!! Saving diary entries has been a struggle on both my Android and iPhone so it isn’t a bug. It’s simply BAD DESIGN. It isn’t difficult to put the button at the top of the page. There are other parts that are a steaming pile, but at least let us express ourselves?!?! Letting a person save a diary entry that took me over an hour type is kind of a big deal. I have lost SO MANY ENTRIES. Also, the year is 2024 and you still can’t do voice to text entries? Gimme a break. I came back here to leave feedback in hopes that the developer would see it and maybe try to improve the app, but no updates in over a year is pretty telling they have long forgotten about it. TL;DR find a different app that is being maintained
