I’ve been getting this error for over a week now. I don’t expect David Lloyd to address the issue, as this is how they operate their facilities as well. And please do not respond and tell me to email the support team because even when I have done that in the past I do not get a response.

Squash courts for one person please!!
It won’t let me book a squash court for just myself, which I would like to do. Please update to allow this feature!!
Bad UI and functionality for Personal Training
The personal training portion of the app is really terrible. Why can I only see things 2 weeks in advance? Why am I charged not on the day of my booking, leaving me to email and ask what I’m being charged for? Why cannot I see past bookings?!!? This is the most frustrating feature when trying to account for what you’re being charged for or maybe even which trainer I met with. Why can I not message my trainer in the app? When when a trainer cancels my booking am I left to book a one-off session for additional ££?
Payment Within App
Why have you removed payment within app? It’s incredibly frustrating to have to switch to the website and enter full card details to book weekly classes. Was much easier with Apple Pay. Also, the app can be very unreliable when trying to book onto some classes. Just spins and times out. (No issue on the browser). Please sort these 2 problems
