Doesn’t work at all
It just doesn’t work. The backend of this app has got to be a mess, none of the features will load. I cant book or see anything. Am even if it did the UX design is horrible. I manage my account from my computer because this app is useless.

Sadly this app doesn't just suffer from a terrible UX, but the front end does not consistently connect with the backend: bookings will appear made and confirmed to you, but you will never receive a confirmation email, and if you refresh the app you will see the booking is not in your account. Really poor development work. :(

Just terrible UX. The interface could be so much simpler. And now presumably bc it’s poorly maintained and way too heavy, it basically doesn’t work. Any task that requires it to load information (i.e. booking a class, seeing your bookings etc) won’t load, it’s just blank and times out. Even if I’m on wifi. I now have to use my actual computer to manage classes. It’s just an awful app.

Open the app .. tap the menu icon .. click accounts .. get to a blank screen that says “You havent added any accounts yet” .. go back to menu .. look in vain for Login option, which doesn't exist. Gives up and chooses a different gym…

From trying to find your Club to trying to book something, this app is a slog. It used to remember your information and payment details. Now you need to input them each time. They obviously recently tried to make the UI more consistent but the end result is to make everything worse. Really too bad because I love going to their clubs.
