Too soon
There is no way anyone should go from no running to running 8 minutes on day 2. Probably needed to do the day one workout multiple times to build up - felt like a failure not being able to go the whole 2 min each time and that’s not good

Great app for running training
Time will tell
First time to do couch to 5k but so far so good. Will depend on if I’m actually ready for a 5k when it says I will be will affect my final review.

This has been helping me keep motivated and is satisfying getting achievements. My favorite part it how it will let u listen to music while still letting you listen to the instructions
Too expensive
$4.99 a week is just too much when other apps do this for free. I must have misread the details because I thought it was 4.99 a month.
