Frozen Credits
Took my money and froze the credits unless I renew another month. Their direct response pasted below: “Taking a look, the reason you can't book any reservation is that your membership is currently on pause. Please be reminded that we made recent updates to our plan offerings, and our Pause plans were a part of this. Moving forward, if your account is put on a pause, the membership is truly paused. This means you do not incur any charges or lose your credits, but are not able to use your credits until you renew off the pause (or unpause yourself at any time). You won't be able to book or attend reservations until your membership pause ends on May 14 and you renew to the 13-credit plan for $29/month. If you'd prefer a different plan, or if you'd like to start booking reservations again, you can make membership adjustments directly through your Membership Settings. If you're changing your membership plan, I'd recommend making those changes at least 48 hours before your renewal date on May 14 to make sure the changes process correctly.”

And I’m a student. I get to save so much money cause the original cost of the class is cut because the studios make deals with ClassPass. It’s a win-win in my book.
