CardioBot is your all-in-one solution for monitoring your heart rate and daily activities. It serves as both a heart rate monitor and an activity tracker, offering a convenient way to monitor your cardiovascular health and fitness in one place. CardioBot uses the studies provided by the American Heart Association to build smart recommendations that help you to improve your cardiovascular system and maintain good health. CardioBot is an iPhone app that reads heart rate data stored by the Apple Watch in HealthKit. The app separates readings in low, normal, elevated, and high heart rate through different colors and charts, allowing you to see averages at a glance. CardioBot also supports viewing data captured during workouts and meditations, and it can also provide the sleep analysis information for a complete dashboard of your heart rate. All of this is done with a minimal and elegant interface that makes it easy to view statistics for individual days, browse detailed timelines, and compare day-to-day changes. This app requires an iPhone that has the Health App installed. Heart readings are read from the Health Data Store, which is populated by your Apple Watch. CardioBot requires iOS 16 and watchOS 9. Luv this app

Latest update
No more HRV ? Basically copies health app data. Not really a necessary app.
Not all that
Because the heart rate graphs are poorly designed and so small they lack detail and readability. The heart rate detail scroll option (blinks the heart rate for a second and is gone) the time and date is not specified just generalized. It’s just bad. Apple Health has a much better format that makes it at least look legitimate. While this app may give you a few extra readings not found on Apple health it seems hardly worth it.
Great concept!
I wouldn’t complain if the fully functional app was free. But since it cost money, I would like to be able to use the Calendar for the average heart rate without it, crashing the app every time
App Crash
I used the paid version of this app for three weeks. Loved the information I got but. I could not use the app for longer than 3-5 seconds before it would crash and close out. Extremely frustrating when I come from a family of heart disease and wanted information to keep myself safe. I will look elsewhere for an app that will work consistently.
Most recent update causing app to crash
It was a 5 star app until the recent update introduced instability. Please fix.
I m like to know how much I love
I think that the people who are not any of these things are going to be a part 💞👼🏾❤️🔥🌞👑🤲🏾
