Yes!!
Very helpful and I love the many options to choose!
Super useful app!
Easy to use. Helpful reminders. Nice music. Nice graphics. The different breathing patterns work for me. I don't know the science behind it, but it works! Also, like that it has a setting to beep when you inhale exhale. I can close my eyes and don't have to look at the phone or count.
Useful, simple, but needs full customization options
I like everything so far, the ease of use, just jump right in and the flower visualization is my favorite for breathing exercises. My only issue is that I can’t change anything about the creepy idol image that slowly zooms in during the meditation timer session. I should be able to change it to a flower or a moon or something else, just like with the breathing exercises. Please implement this kind of change! The sounds are good, though. Thanks!
So simple yet so powerful
Thank u for putting this together it’s great
Great Tool for Meditation
I’m just learning to meditate, and I needed to hear a recording of the two bells. My instructor said I could find them on YouTube, but I thought an app on my phone would be better. I found this one, and it has been great. Easy to use from the start. I didn’t even wait to explore the features. I just hit start and began my first session. I love the expanding and contracting O and the change in pitch of the bell.
Simple, effective
Fantastic app to regulate breathing and calm down. I do this with my kids every night at bedtime. Many thanks to developer
