Good, unless you want to use it at night
I love that it works with the Apple Watch. I really enjoyed that it has the haptic notifications of when to inhale and exhale. The deal breaker is the blue color scheme. If you have to look at the screen for whatever reason, its blue light kills your melatonin. Wish it had an option for red interface so I can use it right before going to bed

This is a great and distraction free app for when you need to clear your mind, focus, or whatever the purpose of your meditation/breath work might be. Hoping that in the future the app will support usage when users have the screen locked, and widgets or access from the home screen could be useful as well.

I love this app for helping me breathe on cadence without having to think about it by just listening to the tones. It’s 1000x better than manually timing each breath. My only wish is that this app would allow you to play background music at the same time without lowering the volume of said background music.

So simple and user friendly. The sounds are effective and not annoying. It doesn't pause music you are listening to so you can choose whatever background music you like. Thank you for keeping this free for the world.
