Getting ready to have back surgery. Doctor suggested I see a physical therapist to get some exercises before hand to limber and stretch before hand. Met with pt 1x a week and was told to do exercises every day. Many here are very similar and app keeps me motivated. So many options and very customizable. Highly recommend!
