I love this app, it has all sorts of workouts, I have gone to many live fitness paid classes, which do not offer the same standard as this app does, I can believe it’s so good and free of cost. I especially love the body transformation challenge series. It is high intensity along with someone to demonstrate the lighter version for the beginners.

This used to be a great free app with loads of professional well recorded workouts. Now they took off the good ones and have al garbage quality filmed in some guy’s basement. You can find better stuff on you tube. They also got rid of all the pdf cardio machine workouts that so used

OMG I love POPSUGAR! Each instructor is super encouraging! My confidence level in working out has definitely increased, and I leave each workout feeling refreshed and motivated for the next one! I would recommend this app %100. The only downside is that after I complete a workout, I’m not able to sync it with other apps for my fitness tracking such as “Apple Health” and “Lifesum”. Other than that, it’s absolutely amazing!
