New app made me cancel longstanding subscription
I cancelled my longstanding subscription a couple weeks ago because the new app is so bad on my [new and updated] iPad. Everything is weirdly sized…elements cover other elements during replay. Ugh. It’s such a shame! The content is so good! I understand the objective to create a bigger community focus, but the main purpose of this app is ultimately the easy and intuitive access of a large video library. I’m not sure what happened or what decisions were made during the revamp, but the app is now *less* useful and *less* intuitive than it was before with regards to its main purpose. That’s not good.
Disappointed by Bait n’ Switch
I did a free trial in late August, and I loved using the app to track my daily practice. Shortly after I paid for a full year subscription, the whole platform changed and the calendar is now useless. I wouldn’t have subscribed without that feature, and I haven’t used the app since.
Love YWA…but the new app is awful.

At this point in the mobile revolution, there are well-established norms/expectations regarding video play and organization in apps—my best advice is to respect those norms/expectations. There’s no need to re-invent the wheel. Especially when the new wheel is buggy and awkward…
New update broken (crash on opening)
Please repair the new update. It crashes when it lowers. I just updated this app and it no longer works. I've tried everything. So sad
Not a fan of the new app
I really love YWA and used to love this app and use it every day. But now with the new design it’s difficult to find what I want, chaotic, and sadly I’ve noticed myself doing less yoga or feeling less motivated to do yoga every day because of the hassle of using the new app. Please bring back the old format or at least an option to have the old version. 🙏🏻
Adrienne is great, but the new app is Not It.
Change is always hard, but, unfortunately, there are a number of annoyances with the new app that go beyond Change-is-Hard and straight to Bad-User-Experience. The size of the video is now way overprivileged when clicking through and there’s a comparatively huge “up next” section that makes it nearly impossible to read the accompanying text. Personal playlists are somehow even *less* accessible than they were before. Elements are on top of other elements, hindering navigation... I can see where y’all were going with this app, but it’s not ready yet.
Please bring back the categorizations of yoga by intensity.
