Mondays aren’t showing up.
So…Mondays are just not loading anymore. Cool. Glad I paid for this.
Fails at its only job
The spreadsheet for madcow is completely inaccurate and it’s not even close. Idk if I should start over the program now properly or what. This app is useless.

Mad cow as a outline works great, keeps an old guy like me engaged. Doing a combo of auxiliary exercises and a boxing circuit on off days works best. 40+ years of lifting and still going strong. Thanks for a fine app!
Doesn’t follow the program
The weights and everything is messed up. Fix and I’ll change to 5*
Madcow template is incorrect
The Madcow template is terrible. The percentages are not correct and doesn’t follow the logic of an intermediate program.
Link with Apple Health
As a longtime user of StrongLifts 5X5 I wanted to add some variety to my workouts. The app seems to be good for incorporating variations of 5x5. I would like to see the ability to link with apple health as I generally use my Apple Watch for tracking certain data points such as workout time and calories.
