The math is wrong from cycle to cycle.
When adding load to the next cycle, it can only add weight to max , not working max. Which from my understanding of this program, is wrong. You’re only supposed to add weight to working max for this program to avoid over training. This app is only good for 1 cycle. Unless I’m missing something. Good I’ll fashioned pen and paper in 3 mins you can figure it out.
