A few suggestions
So I’m starting the nutrition challenge next week. I’m following a macro meal plan and have always used MyfitnessPal. I really wanted to give the 1up nutrition meal log a chance… however…. As I’m planning my meal plan out for the week a few things I’ve noticed that would be a game changer for this app are 1. Being able to go back into a specific food that’s been logged and changing the serving size or measuring size. You can’t do that. You have to delete it entirely and re-enter. 2. The scanner for scanning foods isn’t the best. It doesn’t focus unless you move your phone really far away and as we know company’s put several barcodes next to each other or they have the QR codes next to / above / below/ beside the barcode so the scanner scans all the above and then of course it’s unable to find your products. The database isn’t THE BEST but… it’s manageable. 3. Have each meal separated into protein, veggies, carbs, etc is annoying. I’d like it better if it would just say breakfast lunch and dinner. 4. Add a fiber and sodium count at the top. With that being said…. I’m probably gonna have to go back to using my fitness pal for logging my meals

Accountability is Key!
Love how it holds me accountable and gives an accurate visual of what I’m getting from the meals and foods I’m eating! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to hold yourself accountable to staying up on nutrition, hydration and fitness!

Very easy to follow, I love the 2 options of gym or at home with videos to show you how to do the exercises.

I enjoy using this app. It’s been an easy transition starting with their workouts. The only thing I would fix is every time I’m listening to music and either getting out of the app or my screen going black, it exits me out of Apple Music. Please fix this!
Awesome Features
This app has so many great components all in one place. The work out feature is awesome. It gives different exercises and even shows videos of how to do it. Daily tracker has everything from food, water, exercise, thoughts/journaling. My favorite fitness app.
