Strange audio glitch
This one’s just a report for Feral Interactive, but I’m getting a strange audio glitch on A Vintage Year, where the tour guide’s audio frequently does not trigger or cuts off mid sentence, something that seems to be shared by several characters. Strangely, this did not happen at all in Death Of A Showman

Rewriting my review after seeing how the developers fixed the crashing issues, now it runs like a dream! Great way to play a classic, especially with the controller, although touch controls are really decent for this title (unlike other iOS games). They did a fantastic job carrying over everything great about the original so if you are a fan of 47, this is the definitive mobile experience.

The gaming experience is good IF THE GAME DOES NOT CRASH! I played on an iPhone 11, and the game crashed for every half an hour I played. Even worse, there are at least two chapters where I cannot continue the current chapter after crashes because every time I try to load the file, the GAME CRASHES AGAIN! I have to replay the whole chapter, hoping that the game does not crash in the meantime, which is extremely frustrating. Fix the crashes!

Nothing but kind words. The game is amazing and the QOL adjustments are quite welcoming. The touch controls are phenomenal! Responsive and smooth. I did notice playing touch vs bluetoothing a controller a couple differences that should be given to touch controls (why I rank 4 stars). 1) Please implement the first person classic view. Unless I’m blind this is only available to classic controls via controller. Please add! It makes the replayability of the game infinite! 2) Throwing human shield - can be done via controller but not touch screen. ; Basically I feel the only thing this edition lacks is a classic scheme for touch controls. Having played the game on it’s release almost 20 years ago it holds some good memories for me and you guys did a, no pun intended, killer job at breathing it even newer life. I sincerely hope you guys get a shot at Contracts. Shoot I hope you guys get to do the original trilogy! I purchased this across 2/3 current available platforms (iOS and Android - am planning a Switch buy). I support this release wholeheartedly! Keep up the great releases and I am excited for your next port!!!
