Love the game, remembers old times on PCs. But keeps crashing now and doesn’t even load the saves.

I wish I’d never heard of this game. I haven’t done anything productive since starting it. It’s straight crack cocaine. I played it on console during lockdown and got hooked. Now I’m playing it on my iPhone 13 and it’s just as good. My phone heats up a fair bit and the battery life gets chewed up, but it’s worth it. I have been saving the world from aliens instead of doing actual work and my boss is not happy. Oh well, if I get fired I’ll have more time to kill aliens! Fireaxis needs to stop wasting time on that garbage Midnight Suns game and hurry up with XCom 3!

Annoyed that you HAVE to play War of the Chosen. every other port of this game lets you deselect that campaign.
