Used to be great
Love the drinks and treats, do not love the app. It was great until they redid it earlier this year. Now it rarely works. Always gives an error code when it logs me out and I have to sign back in.

I used the previous version of the app and it worked wonderfully. It was simple, clean, and functional. It allowed me to purchase, tip, and get rewards as a single operation. After the redesign I’ve had nothing but problems. They switched to internal currency system, forcing you to preload your account. I understand it’s probably to reduce cc fees, but it is irksome in practice. The main problems are the terrible UX and the bugs. Now you are required to scan twice to earn rewards and pay. We seem to have lost the option to tip through the app. The user interface is noisy. Bugs I setup auto charge with a threshold of $10 in my account. Even though I already have more money than the threshold, the app went ahead and charged me anyway. Absolutely not ok. I turned off auto charge and it popped up with an error message about my card, but seems to have turned off the feature at least. The card that was just charged money, by the way. I don’t know what they were thinking, but this was a total downgrade. I will be paying down my account and deleting this dumpster fire of an app.

Hi. What is purpose of marking a drink favorite with a heart? There is no favorites list to select at a future date. please fix this!

The new app is terrible. Even after doing the fixes asked (like updating the password), I can’t always login. More often than not I’ll get an error that says “other error returned from server.” Makes it impossible to order ahead, and honestly makes me more likely to order from Starbucks.

The app is not user friendly. Adding your credit card is a pain. Hard to find your prior orders to re-order so you waste time. Ziggi’s staff & products are wonderful.

I used to love using this app because unlike Starbucks and Dutch Bros, you didn’t have to pre-load a balance and it charged the exact total directly from your card. Now it’s the same as the others and so annoying to have to re-add my card and reload funds.
