Poorly organized app
Why can’t I scan my receipt after I have made a purchase and they didn’t give me time to scan it at the store? The QR code just takes me to the app which I already have I just want to add the points but there is no way to do that.

This app has become increasingly difficult to use always wanting updates when you can’t get a coffee because it doesn’t have enough service. It’s ridiculous stop upgrading.

This the most useless app. You can’t place orders then go pick it up to save waiting in line. You should look at how Starbucks uses their app. I was excited to see The Human Bean had an app, they are closer to me then Starbucks, and I thought you would be able to order online, that would be the only reason one would logically develop an app for. Turns out this company is not logical at all. All you order online is their cheesy merchandise. I will be deleting this app and going back to Starbucks.

The employees are always friendly, helpful and patient. Patience is especially important if using the App. It doesn’t always keep you signed in, is inconsistent in applications, not user friendly or intuitive. And that when it works at all; often it won’t even load!!!

UPDATE: After trying the app again some of my previous complaints are no longer accurate. The app is working well with gift cards. Even though the QR code is small it worked first try (Turn up screen brightness if QR codes ever give you trouble). Gift card purchases now give you rewards points. I wish you could order ahead and pick up since coffee orders can get me tongue tied, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. This would be a major update feature and I understand that is not part of the intended design currently. The app has given me nothing but problems. The updates always break something. -Gift cards give the employees trouble when scanning every time from the app. -Now, the latest update is not displaying my gift card in payment mode where I can use it. I was able to add funds to it but now I can’t buy anything with them. -Also when you buy gift cards it doesn’t go towards your rewards. You would have to ask them to scan your QR code for rewards after they struggle to scan a gift card, if that feature gets fixed. -The app allows you to see the menu but you can’t order anything with it. PROs: you can read the menu.
