App is horrible
There is always something going wrong with the app. This week the timer won’t function. Who knows what next week’s problem will be. Hey Pit Boss! Please get it right.
United StatesRandomly loses temperature
Twice now the app has changed the temp from 230° to 130°. Thankfully, most of the cooking was done so I was awake to change the temp back each time. The night before the timer couldn’t be set, but today there was an update to fix that, so at least that’s better. Still can’t do 5° temp increments.

It is funny that I am getting these notifications that the probe is up temperature and my grill is still in my garage unplugged since last year. Please fix the bug.

When I read about the current issues I stopped updating and I’m currently at version 1.1.3. If it is possible try to downgrade.

The grill needs 5 degree increments. The app? How can something as simple as a timer be broken? Set timer does nothing.

iPhone user . App version 1.2.2. Timer does not work.. I see a trending theme on this issue in the reviews.. Brand new 1250 model. Not a good look. Makes me wonder what else I can’t rely on. Come on Pit Boss fix it!

While using the app the old grill can be deleted from the screen, but when reopened the grill is back on the list. I get notifications when the person I sold the grill too is cooking and I can change the settings without there knowledge.
