Not bad but…
The app is reliable enough, however please consider modifying something on the rewards; special offers section. There’s an option: “redeem in store.” Unfortunately, I unintentionally touched it (showing a QR code) without being in the store. Now, that promotion is gone for good, and there seems to be no way to bring it back. There should at least be an additional step (ex: “Are you sure you want to use this promotion now?”) warning the user of that issue before committing to it. I may not have planned to use that particular promotion anyway, however it’s about the principle of the thing. Otherwise, it’s a fine app. UPDATE: The offer is back on the app hours later, but still.

The prices have gone up (everything has) but I recently was charged for a side which always came with the sandwich previously and I was charged for gluten free bread as well as mustard instead of the usual mayo. What!? They often make mistakes on the order as well. They’ve gone down hill but maybe they are just too busy too care with the new store opening.

I strongly dislike this app! It is laggy and slow! It does not calculate your reward points correctly! I also cannot cancel my order through the app. I do not want to have to call the store just to cancel an order that I placed through the app!!! I am furious because I tried ordering food for my dinner; however, it had the delivery set for the next day! That might have been due to my negligence, but I would still like to be able to cancel the order. I am very unhappy with this app. It deserves zero stars in my opinion! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!

For some reason I keep getting logged out and now I can’t remember my password, using the forgot password link doesn’t work it won’t send me an email. Yes I’m putting the correct email and checking my junk box, it’s just not sending it to me.

I was trying to use the app. I forgot my password and tried the “Forgot Password” link. Asked me to put in email and I do. No email, not in any email folder…. Guess I’m not gonna use this app.

I would leave 5 stars but it’s not a option to pay with a gift card. And I’ve been gifted cards several times this year. It’s impossible to put it in the app. Please fix this besides this it’s a really great app.
