Wont let me reset my password or make a new account
I sent a code to reset my password and nothing shows up in my inbox. My email has plenty of space so I know that’s not the problem. Since i can’t get back into my old account I tried making a new one and even with a brand new email and a different number it just kicks me out of the app. Very disappointing.

Sometimes when I order ahead of time for pickup, it orders ASAP even when I try and select a time option multiple times. Really inconvenient and frustrating. Hopefully this is fixed soon.
The app does not support users who are low vision and need enlarged font on their phone
I can’t use the app because it doesn’t support dynamic font scaling when enlarged font is used as an accessibility option. Not very cool for your low vision customer.

Points Not Accumulating
The last update or so, when I scan my card at the store, I’m noticing my “bubbles” are not changing. I have been at 85 bubbles after 4-5 visits, same with my belts, I’ve been stuck at 630 bubbles to go until the next ranking. I’ve tried paying with the app, preloading money…but no points are accumulating. However, my bubble history shows I scanned my card and shows how much I paid each time.
