Lost all my points
Had the old 85 app for a long time, accumulated a lot of points then all of the sudden they make a new app and I can’t login! One employee said I should get an email on how to transfer credentials but never did. Such a shame that a good baker has such a terrible tech team.
Bunch of incompetents
Why is it so hard for you to fix your app’s the most basic function; loggin in?? What IT company do you use for you having not been able to fix this laughably minor issue over a half year? Get it together.
Cannot login with my phone number
I used my phone number to register my account and accumulated points years over year. However after the latest update, I cannot login any more to redeem my points. You guys need a better product team or engineering team.
app is always crashing when launching
I can’t open the app. It keeps crashing on me. I might update it to the newest version. Since that, it crashed on me all the time. I tried delete and re-download. But nothing works. I can’t check my points either. This app is so hard to use
You Need New Decision Makers
For a wonderful food & beverage company, it is so disheartening to see the cause of its downfall being an app that only needed rearrangements and minor updates. I don’t know which company shareholder or major spokesperson decided an entirely new rework needed to be done, but it was clearly a misguided and/or rushed job. I used to be a VIP and would visit 85°C whenever I could; nowadays, I don’t buy unless I truly miss the drinks and food. This company is lucky that no other major company thought to strike up a challenge in the same field. Your programmers were either entirely incompetent or more than overworked in a time crunch, your decision makers pushed out a product that turned off a major part of your target audience, and many don’t have an incentive to shop at 85°C anymore because of how awful the app is. Please rework the app again with more time allocated to your programmers—WITH better programmers—all while keeping your audience in mind.

Locked out of my account!
I’m locked out of my account and it won’t let me set new password (no email in existence?). And when I try to open a new account, it says my phone number already exists in the system. Wha?? I’m annoyed because I made a big purchase from you guys and wanted to add to my existing points. But it’s not letting me. This app needs help.
