This app is so trash even with the updates. I remember why I deleted it the first time I downloaded it. I had an account previously and could not log back into it. I could not reset my password after 5 attempts or successfully log in. I had to resign up using a different email which I did not prefer. Additionally the app experience is very tragic and very slow. Multiple reloads needed, slow processing time though it times you out quickly, easily crashes, and charges you a convenience fee even though it it more inconvenient to order this way. Only positive is that it has the options nicely laid out with pictures.

i love playa bowls and the rewards program!! i really do, but the app is not good. it logs me out frequently and sometimes will load forever when i try to log back in it also doesn’t allow you to save credit card info, which defeats the purpose. i prefer to just use my card and the tablet when i order

The app is very slow, you will see loader half the time you spent on the app. And it does not work, issue with checkout, issue with saving payment info, issue with loading singed in account & random clearing of basket. To owners: sorry to say, how ever much money you spent on this app is waste/gone!!!

It’s slow, doesn’t record info, and breaks all the time. With so many other examples of good food apps out there this one really disappoints

If you have app expectations from the days of the first iPhone, you'll be very satisfied. If you have used other apps more recently, be prepared for one of the more frustrating experiences around. The app takes forever to load, even on wifi, has inconsistent time outs and errors... If I wanted to actually save time ordering, I would have called the location directly. By some miracle my order actually processed, but I'm not sure I'll deal with this ordeal again. Only gets 2 stars because of the reward offer for new account... Otherwise it would have been 1.
