Waste of time. Don’t even try
UPDATE: it’s been more 2 years and my account is still not active. Every time I contacted the customer support they say the same exact thing. Like they just copy past the message and send it. They are not clear why my account isn’t active. They just give me vague answers. I asked them if they need additional documents or anything. they just say we have a lot of traffic. I don’t know how they’re managing this business. But it’s a complete waste of time. Don’t provide them your personal documents because I think they’re just collecting information on people and that’s it. Nothing in return. OLD: It’s been almost 3 months and my account hasn’t been activated. Every time I talk to customer service they say, “ Due to the large number of applications, we have received, your account activation will take longer than usual, but rest assured that we will do everything possible to get your account fully activated.” Same automated text they repeat every time. If I can’t use the account or debit card then what’s the point? I read reviews before downloading the app for the first time and people were saying their account still isn’t activated. Should’ve read more reviews and not opened an account.
Where is my money???
Why can I not open my account? Always says error occurred, why???? I've been calling the costumer service but no kne cares to call back even though they gave you that option! They will make you hold the line forever!!! Unacceptable!

Worse banking account ever! Whoever signed up last year were lucky enough because now it will keep you in a queue for ages and the number doesnt change at all! When you contact them they say its due to high number of requests, thought i will wait but its been 2 months and still nothing.

For almost two months they could not review my documents. The KYC form that they send in Microsoft Word format is generally some kind of separate nonsense, the first time I encounter this - it feels like this is an organization from the basements, and not a digital bank. I tried to get through to them from different ends - support, facebook - to no avail. Nobody can do anything. In other words, this entire bank is one of the clearest manifestations of gouging, slowness and indifference. Their debit card, which for some reason they send before verifying you as a client, goes to the trash, where it belongs.
