I have had West Creek Financial as a lender since I bought my first couch now they financed me for a car which I am halfway done with paying off and never have I had a complaint about them they have always been good if you're having problems with the app I would advise you to delete the app and reload it you just have to keep on top of recording through your financial institution as well as your registry I have nothing but five star ratings to get to this company and I wouldn't be able to have the things I've had if they didn't help me five star company I highly recommend them as a lender

Don’t use this app. Payments doesn’t get processed. Calling for support doesn’t work. They never know what is the “problem”. If you can stay way from this app or bank. Do so!

Wouldn’t recommend, won’t pick up the phone, when they do answer the phone there are no English speakers and then they hang up, autopay forces to miss payment, should have listened to the reviews.
