This app was terrible and somehow got worse. Now it doesn’t even open, it redirects you to safari. It doesn’t have my current card I had saved on there, it has an expired card saved instead somehow! Terrible!
Horrible Needs To Be Fixed
The app will not allow me to sign in , when I try re register it says I already have account. So I can not access the full account, all I can do is do quick pay . I am trying to print a new proof of insurance and can not make it past the log in . After the last update it has not worked at all . I have called for help and it still will not let me into my account. Says I already have an account then says I don’t . Please fix these issues , it makes things very hard to make payment and to keep updated insurance proof .

Honestly this app used to be good but now I can’t even see anything from my insurance because it takes me to a website and I don’t even know any of my account information because it was never sent to me. I hate it.

The app worked great, they switched over to Kemper, Losing the infinity, we had to create a new account and it worked fine for 2 months maybe. Now it’s a waste of space. Reinstalled and still takes me to the internet page..

Not good to their customers 4+ years of good driving and no accidents paid on time and one time I go through some financial problems and death of a family member the same time you would think that they would have compassion or understanding they (Kemper Auto) would not give me some more time to pay after explaining in numerous emails what was going on and why I was gonna have a hard time paying my insurance this time but would make sure I did pay it sooner than later,not only did they cut me off but reported it immediately to the dmv without even calling me or letting me know and had my registration suspended . I eventually had to pay a 470.00 penalty fee due to no proof of insurance and didn’t even know anything till I received a letter from dmv stated I was cut off insurance and not only that the letter came almost a month from the date Kemper decided to cut my insurance so that made that penalty I knew nothing about started to accumulate . Thats just horrible not only I have no insurance but had to pay the penalty and turn in my plates n registration and pay for my car to be in a lot now because I can’t leave a car on the streets without plates and registration and insurance. I didn’t deserve that and to not have a job at the moment during the holiday season having a family and telling your kids that you have no car to drive them to school is just awful to do that to your customers. Shame on you Kemper.
