Please alphabetize!
Lists in the app (e.g. locations) are not alphabetized, and this makes it very cumbersome to find a location/country of interest.
Pop up
Only reason I am rating a 3 is because the write a review popped up constantly. Everything seems to work fine on the app so far though.

Lacks Basic functionality, have to use pen and paper to track stuff
I have to use this app for work. I have two main complaints. One I can’t see pending transactions. Two the transactions delete after 99 and you don’t have them broken off by month so it’s just a huge running list which makes this app hard to use. Update this thing into the modern era because this app is like driving a car with no Windows. You can’t get real-time insight or organized financial data so I have to track everything with a pen and paper.
Travel Notifications
a really like the US Bank app but under Manage Cards - Travel Notifications you should allow the option to choose States all at one time as opposed to having to go in and out.
Pay a UX designer
Also… if I decline to rate an app, you probably don’t want to pester me with a pop-up opportunity to review 30 seconds later again and again. This is how you get 1-star reviews.
Why the constant please leave a review
Every time I attach a receipt to a transaction it ask for a review… well here you go US Bank. 1 star for asking every time I attach a receipt. Would have been 3 stars if it asked once a day everyday. But not when I have 60 transactions and I keep getting the annoying pop ups. UI is alright, design makes it a little difficult to segregate information from 1 transaction to the other.
The app is adding the ability for cardholders to view statements. There are also security fixes and updates to the look and feel.
