Absolute garbage
Terrible customer service. Awful user interface. About 600 layers of apathy and incompetence before anyone can help you. It’s truly difficult to tell who cares less, the app designers or the people paid to not help you. If I wasn’t forced through work to use this app I would never. If you have a choice, I’d say choose any other app. The people behind this app and US Bank will be the eventual reason humanity returns to a barter system.
Could easily be 5 stars if they listened to reviews
Just for the mere convenience of not having to drive to the bank with very large checks every few days is a huge plus for me. However, the fact that there is no password reset on the app anywhere is utterly ridiculous. I am 99% sure that I keep entering the correct password even though it is telling me that it is incorrect and giving me no option for a reset which is so asinine to me being a business app where obviously time is of the essence and saving time was the ONLY reason this app was worthwhile.

What an awful app. Resetting your password is a hassle. For something I am charged for, this is pathetic.
Horrible
Have to reset password for each new deposit. And Reset password can only be done by long drawn out back and forth contact with tech support rep. There is no way to do it from the app or online. Once you are in, this app is clunky and buggy like a Jr High student made it for their school project. US Bank tech is a joke. These developers should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves
Very Poorly Made
App is very poorly made. Even Face ID doesn’t work with it. US Bank charges for the deposit feature $5 per month plus $0.50 per check. This is a FREE service with practically every other commercial bank. If you use the regular U.S Bank app, the deposit limits are ridiculously low which forces a business customer to pay for this app. Complete fail!
Added biometric login and forgot password reset as well as security features and bug fixes.
