Useless for ex-pays overseas
Would love to use this but the login requires Australian mobile numbers and post codes. Wont work at all for any ex-pats living outside Australia who don't have them. Needs a bit of a rethink to be inclusive of ALL Australians.

I’d much prefer the old Suncorp bank app to this one
This app makes my head spin. The Suncorp Bank app (the one you are retiring) is much simpler and elegant.
Terrible app forced upon us
Had a perfectly good app with original Suncorp Banking App but then you force this terribly bloated app THING us. Full of unwanted cross selling for other products and in dire need from someone who actually understands UX. Compared to the old app this is simply terrible
Disappointing and frustrating
The amount of times I’ve had to call the bank and have them unable to help is ridiculous. We like our accounts and the bank itself but having to call all the time about getting locked out and it not letting us reset passwords or confirm identity properly (there’s always a system failure “call support”) is making us look at switching banks.
Email verification failed
E-mail verification links don't work: "Your email verification has failed This may be due to an expired email verification link. You can request a new email verification link from within the Suncorp App."
