Hi I have a few accounts with ING. Overall good app. Great also to be able now to reorder the accounts on the main page. Thanks
notifications?
the app is so bad you can't have notifications - it's so basic and so frustrating
Glitchy
The app still displays an account that I have switched off in my customise home page on my home page
Really difficult to use
Can’t find my referral code Can’t add to Apple wallet easily
Features are limited and require calling
Terrible customer experience is the only thing ING excels at Spending 40-50 minutes calling ING because there app lacks features is a frustrating experience at best. There poor systems don’t even facilitate call backs…
Simple things missing
Would like to see drag and drop between own accounts for transfers. Would also like to see an option for push notifications for transactions such as pay deposited or direct debits.
