I been with Rushcard since it started my account was hacked in Feb for 800.00 dollars witch hasn’t been refunded to me. They sent me a letter saying it’s wasn’t fraud. I don’t even shop at the Walgreens it was taken from in another part of California.Pls don’t use this card people it changed ownersSo Help us all..

I’ve been with rush for a while and never had a problem until now… Rush is stealing money they have literally stolen almost $500 from me stating I did not pay for my purchases which was impossible because I couldn’t purchase my products without the money. I paid for my things and rush turned around and took the money again telling me I didn’t pay for the items I purchased. I called to get this settled there customer service operators yelled cursed and hung up on me screaming that I am lying and wouldn’t even let me send them the proof of them taking my money… The same-thing happened to my friend rush is stealing your money… I would not recommend this card for anyone!!!

Rush card use to be really good. I’ve been with them since 2012. Back in the day you were able to speak someone and not you really can’t if I’d have any issues. You have to email them and it take forever to get a response back. All these years I’ve never had a issue with uploading checks and now I get getting error that I can’t. Said to call the 877 number but when u call it it says to go online and chat and you do that but u not really charring with anyone, it takes u to emailing them. It’s like NO, I want to speak to someone. This year I think I will be leaving Rush card and switch to someone else.

When I try to load my check on my rush card through Ingo it doesn’t work. I keep getting in error code A34. Please fix this I’m getting annoyed, I’ve had this card over 10yrs and I’ve never had a problem up until now.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I am trying to help an aunt who had a stroke who needs her statement of transactions in order to apply for MediCaid. I am trying to set up an online account for her so I can print her transactions for her MediCaid application. It’s saying the card is already registered so it has the nerve to ask you for the card number, expiration date, cvc number and social security number, only to tell you that you have to call the company after you take the time to enter all of that information. So then you call and have to go through playing Russian Roulette to figure out which number to press to get a live person on the phone. Then once you get a live person on the phone, ALL OF THEM are rude. I had to call 7 different times and STILL have not gotten a resolve. First of all, you can’t even understand them because they are outsourced representatives from probably a different country. Then every last one of them were rude. Two of them actually hung up on when I tried to explain that the information they were giving me was incorrect because I had already tried it. They keep telling me to respond to their text message with the word ENROLL, but when I do, nothing happens. Then one representative told me that because there is no email address attached to the account (even though the phone is) that we have to email the corporate office to establish the email on the account before gaining access. All of this to freaking reset a password?!!! A REAL financial institution takes all of 5 minutes to reset a password without jumping through so many dumb hoops. Time is of the essence to file applications for MediCaid that she needs while my aunt in an assistant living facility and this GHETTO RushCard company is putting us through all of these changes just to reset a password. I am about to have her withdraw her money, close her account and establish an account for her at my bank…which is a REAL FINANCIAL institution. RushCard is a ghetto joke!!!

I have had this card for 13 years and have never had a problem. I use it to receive my daughter’s SSI benefits and child support and I’ve never had a problem. I don’t pay purchase fees or anything. I think I pay 6.95 monthly fee. It’s always $4.95 to add cash to the card. I recommend this card to anyone.
