Avoid! Check Deposit error 300 always
App lacks all functionality forces you to complete all steps then generates an error message every time. Worthless AND TIME CONSUMING. Miteck check deposit is garbage.
Works Great!
This is the first time I’ve opened it, I’ve avoided it prior to today because it wouldn’t change it’s orientation. But it does NOW and I LOVE it! I no longer have to try to balance the iPad standing on end. Went through and was able to easily pull up past statements, everything seemed great! Super happy with it! Thanks for the orientation change! I wish others would follow.
Stopped working on i-pad
Today (12/02/20) the app decided to stop working on the ipad and force me to download the mobile app. Now I am forced to use the ipad in portrait, in stead of landscape. The ipad app is still available, but once installed advises not to be used again, and guess what. Back to the mobile app. Sorry Regions, does not look good for you. Today (12/07/20) Regions came back and made the original app for iPad active again. I am happy. Thanks Do not change the app, it works fine and does everything i need it for.
Don’t work anymore
Since you secured with updates I can no longer sign in, it is a useless app now. And again today I can’t sign in and the website won’t load, all my other websites load just not this one, please fix this.
Really bad
This app would have been ok 10 years ago, but it way behind the other banking apps I run. It’s clunky, too many taps, and you can’t do some simple things (like see a check’s image)
Not good….
I’ve been with Regions all my banking life. Excellent bank. This iPad version, though, is horrible. I put my login credentials in and it said it was incorrect. I switched to the regular app (which, I was trying to get away from since I’m using an iPad…) and it logged in with no problem. I don’t know what that was all about…
BROKEN APP
Says my User ID and Password are incorrect — but that are NOT INCORRECT (even carefully re-entered the app — uninstalled the app, refreshed iPad, same problem) — and WORSE with enough attempted logins on the app it LOCKED OUT my account. Fix this problem IMMEDIATELY. Very frustrated — for a major bank to have an app that does not work properly.
