The app has come a long way. Been banking with regions since I had my first job back in high school. For my purposes I think it’s a great bank and the app has improved dramatically since it was first rolled out. Face recognition log in, lots of ways to lock your cards if you lose them to avoid theft, instant transfers to different accounts, etc. The last 2 years of using the app have been so user friendly this is what a modern day banking app should feel like.
