Leveraging their mobile device, users can easily deposit checks on the go. one of the worst apps i’ve ever used
as someone else wrote, it’s incredible how bad this app is. it can’t even add right. when depositing checks, it will tell you they don’t add up correctly, even when the app is showing you the correct total. finally leaving a review, as a new fun bug, or whatever, is the app and my phone’s camera are not cooperating, making depositing a check impossible. i get a “session interrupted” message (??). i guess there aren’t any programmers in alabama.

Still junk. It’s laughable how bad this app is. Regions you are clueless. Probably one of the worst apps I have ever used. So hard to navigate. Phones have all types of technology like facial scan and thumbprint but I have to remember a password and security question just to get in. What is Regions afraid off, someone getting my password and ID then depositing money in my account??? Once I use it the log out function does not work so if I have 2 deposits in 1 day I have to restart my phone. I have no clue how Regions could release something like this??? 1 year later and its an even bigger piece of crap.
Poor app. Why use a separate app.
Don’t recommend. Can’t even login. Regions support trying to figure that out. Banking apps should be rock solid and this is not.
Worst App ever !!!
Doesn’t even seem like regions made this app. Seems fake like someone is trying to steal our banking information. I deleted the app immediately after I downloaded it. I didn’t even put my information in because I don’t believe it’s real.
Why is this even available
At this point I assume it’s here to collect usernames and passwords. Great, now I gotta change that now.
Avoid at all costs
With the security features on the phones today, there is no reason I should have to type my username, password AND answer the security question every time I login in to the app. And the characters for the passwords are not even visible so you cannot tell if you mistyped. It has been a struggle at best to use, and the bank is directing us to use this because it is a cheaper than using a scanner in the office. I am extremely disappointed that a top tier banking institution would put out such a poor quality product as representation of their business.
