Good UX but shady practices
App is good from a UX perspective but the processes are shady. Make sure you read the fine print. In case of high amount payments they will solicit personal information but before you can deny to provide that information they deduct the payment from your bank. When you will ask for refund they will force you to put it in the wallet instead of refunding which I find manipulative from a customer service standpoint. Won’t be using it in near future.

Tried paying a utility bill... the app got stuck on loading... even trying the next day it was same issue. Haven’t seen any other app getting hung up ever like this.
