Worst Bank App
I recently opened a personal, checking and proximately a business account due to some transactions with this bank in Puerto Rico. I do all my transactions personal and office business transactions mobile and online because of the limited time that my wife and I have. On using this app, many problems: 1. It is not user friendly. 2. No Face ID. No Touch ID. Your user ID is your Card number. What year is this, 1990? 3. You can’t make transactions between your accounts. 4. You CANNOT DEPOSIT CHECKS on mobile. Maybe this is because the personal of the bank want you to visit them to have a friendly talk... *sarcasm”. 5. Doesn’t permit you to pay your due or bills. Basically, this app is just to check your Bank Statement. Thats it. No more. You want a real mobile bank app of the 2020’s... go check First Tech FCU app. You don’t even have to step in they’re institution. If it wasn’t because of the necessity that we have to open this account, pretty sure this bank wouldn’t be our first choice. Please invest in your app, so much money going through your bank, for your investors, maybe we’re talking about seniors, that this bank won’t invest not even $1 for this app... get into the 21st century.
