Fidelity's very weak technical ability
I was forced to take this update on a compatible device. Nothing in Fidelity's consumer facing technical world works-- not its app, not its website. I redid my planning analysis using this app and 'saving the report' puts the app into a spin that never ends. So you don't really offer planning analysis that works if the report can't be viewed in a pop up AND it doesn't save. This is your mobile app which I rarely use. Piece of crappy code. Where is my analysis report then? Spinning, spinning... I can't even close the app out.
Signing in
It’s impossible to sign in. I tried a few passwords and none seemed to work. Its very frustrating and a lot companies do these talk about inefficiency. You’re not the only one who doesn’t allow any password. Talk about ridiculous from an apparently reputable companyz
Really bad service even customer service
The customer service is really bad, they can't even figure out where is the rollover check. The previuos company already sent the check to Fedelity twice, first time they said they still not received then the previous company sent the check again, and this time they said they can't deposit the check they sent back to me and the mail take about 2 weeks for me to receive the mail there is no check inside, they just the slit paper. Then thay say that check is lot, they keep saying that the check is not with them. Service is really bad.
Terrible UI/UX
Needing two different apps in order to use Fidelity services leads to an absolutely terrible customer experience. The NetBenefits app should be rolled into the Fidelity app. Apart from that, Fidelity's UI is incredibly dated and unpleasant to use. They use web views for nearly all of the functionality which is absurd. I'd recommend choosing a more modern brokerage instead.
App hasn’t loaded in a week
Like everyone else, I’m unable to log into the app. It blows my mind that they could let this go on for so long.
Face ID Broken
I’ve been able to deal with the lousy and slow UI for years but recently (a month or so ago) the Face ID was broken on this app. At least once a day I have to force quit this app for the Face ID login to work. Please fix this.
Clitchy
Some days it’s fine. Other days it refuses to open.
