Not user friendly but I guess that’s how horrible American healthcare delivery is and this worthless App is a great addition to mediocrity. Wish our healthcare plan never heard of this company but everyone’s trying to save a few cents at the cost of employees taking way too much time trying to figure out how things work. Shame on them!

Why do you show an item needing more detail under to do’s and when I click on the item, no detail is required because it has already been submitted and processed.

Difficult to start the login process. So many steps when other make it much easier. Menus don’t fully show, they’re hidden behind needless boxes/blocks. Don’t ever leave the app to look up information in the middle of a claim, you’ll have to start over. No option to save and come back so you’ll be fighting this a long time.

When using the app and trying to review your transactions, you have a dollar amount, but the description of what the transaction is comes with the title debit card transaction. Well duh, that’s not very useful.

This app is very frustrating. I’m getting told I need to verify transactions that were verified?? Not user friendly and difficult to navigate from app to website which is required to submit documentation. They really need to streamline their information.
